Through hard work, commitment, and a passion for excellence, I climbed the ranks to become the top-performing pest control technician in my former company. As the sole technician trained for specialty jobs, I handled everything from bed bugs and cockroaches to wildlife trapping.

In 2022, I took a leap and established my own business, driven by the stark realization of the prevalent issues in service quality. Witnessing firsthand the dissatisfaction of customers due to corners being consistently cut was an eye-opener. Frustrating calls from dissatisfied clients became a routine occurrence, highlighting the urgency for change. Tasked with the responsibility of double-checking others' work and assisting upset customers to prevent their departure from the company, I saw the impact that personalized, thorough service could have on client satisfaction. It was this experience that fueled my commitment to providing a higher standard of pest control, ensuring each client receives the attention and service they deserve.
